The Assembly of Kosovo and the British Embassy have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to ensure the professional appointment of leaders of public institutions through fair and transparent recruitment processes.

The British Ambassador to Kosovo, Nicholas Abbott, said that the recruitment needs further improvement.
