The Assembly fails to elect two judges to the Constitutional Court in the first round

The Assembly of Kosovo has failed to elect two candidates for judges to the Constitutional Court, where none of the candidates received the necessary votes for this position. 90 MPs took part in the voting, where five votes were invalid. Etrur Maloku received 56 votes, Bardh Bokshi 31 votes, Hilmi Jashari received 25 votes, Vigan Qorrolli 22 votes, and Shukri Sylejmani 14 votes. After the voting, the Speaker of the Assembly Glauk Konjufca said that there will be a second round of voting, but that the least voted candidate will be removed.
