The Assembly of Kosovo has approved in the second reading 19 draft laws, including the one on the production, collection, processing and trading of tobacco and the one on the care of animals. Some of the draft laws have also been supported by opposition MPs. With 62 votes in favor, the MPs also approved the draft law on state archives. The Assembly also approved the draft law on agricultural inspection and that of plant protection products, with 61 votes in favor, none against and no abstentions.
