The Assembly of Kosovo has again failed to ratify international agreements. At today's session, the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Education and the United States of America (US) on the Fulbright academic exchange program failed to be ratified. PDK, LDK and Serb List abstained from voting for the same, while VV and AAK voted in favor.

After the voting of the first international agreement failed, the Speaker of the Assembly decided not to vote on the other four international agreements at all...
