The Kosovo Privatization Agency has announced that the agricultural land in Sllatina e Madhe, which was scheduled to be sold through asset sale via liquidation no. 73, has been withdrawn from the sale process by decision of the Board of Directors.

According to the KPA, despite this withdrawal, asset sale no. 73 includes 100 assets of socially-owned enterprises located in attractive locations across all regions of Kosovo.

“These assets offer excellent opportunities for purchase and business development. The full list of assets included in this sale is published on the KPA’s website. The deadline for submitting bids is June 25, 2025, at the Grand Hotel in Pristina, where the bid opening ceremony will also take place,” the announcement states.
