The EU high representative, Josep Borrell has congratulated Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on agreeing on a roadmap for implementing the energy agreement.

"Spoke to Aleksandar Vucic and Albin Kurti, to congratulate them on reaching an agreement on the energy roadmap today. This is a big and important step forward in the EU-facilitated Dialogue and will deliver concrete results for all citizens. We look forward to continue working on next steps", Borrell wrote on Twitter. Today in Brussels, Kosovo and Serbia agreed on a roadmap for the implementation of the 2013 energy agreement...
