The action in the "Brezovica" case continues, raids are carried out in several municipalities
The Basic Prosecution in
Ferizaj announces that in cooperation with the Kosovo Police, the Tax
Administration of Kosovo (TAK) and the Customs of Kosovo, based on the
ordinance issued by the Basic Court in Ferizaj, for the issuance of the
ordinance for the control and temporary seizure of houses, and car showrooms,
today, is carrying out an action which was carried out within the framework of
the investigations related to the "Brezovica" case, where, during
this action, several car showrooms and houses were checked and raided in
different locations, specifically in the city of Prishtina, Ferizaj, Vushtrri
and Lipjani.
According to the Basic Prosecution, these actions were carried out due to the suspicion of the criminal offenses "Usury", "Tax Evasion" and "Coercion"...
