The President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi has said that after the lift of the tariff and the measure of reciprocity from Kosovo, the state of Serbia no longer has any pretext to delay the resumption of dialogue.

According to Thaçi, in this issue, Kosovo institutions should develop a comprehensive process, in cooperation with the opposition.
