Tërnava on the occasion of the Eid al-Fitr holiday: Believers are happy, because it comes after a great sacrifice
On the occasion of Eid-al-Fitr, the Mufti of Kosovo, Naim Tërnava has given the message to all believers of the Islamic religion.
Tërnava has emphasized that during this holiday, which comes after the holy month of Ramadan, believers will be closer to each other.
"Tomorrow is the day of Eid, a day of celebration for Muslim believers around the world. All believers are happy about this holiday, because it comes after a great sacrifice. It is a manifestation of thanksgiving to God after the fasting of the blessed month of Ramadan. Even in our Kosovo we rejoice in this great holiday, which is celebrated in our society, in our families with joy and happiness, with a language of thanksgiving to the creator, spreading with a language of thanksgiving among all believers", said Tërnava.
He said in a press conference that more should be done so that these holidays do not fade, but are celebrated in the best way.
