Muslim in Kosovo are celebrating today (Thursday) the first day of Eid al-Fitr. The central manifestation for this holiday in the country was held in the Great Mosque in Pristina, while messages of peace, engagement for the good of the Republic and calls not to leave the country were conveyed.

In his message after Eid al-Fitr, the Mufti of Kosovo, Naim Tërnava, said that Eid al-Fitr brings joy and happiness to the soul and heart of the believer after a month of fasting in Ramadan.
