Tahiri: The barricades would not be removed without a political agreement; Kurti accepted the Association
The former chief
negotiator of Kosovo in the talks with Serbia, Edita Tahiri, says that the
barricades in the north of the country would not be removed if there was not a
political agreement between the two countries, mediated by the Americans and
Europeans. According to her, within this agreement is the Association, for
which she says that Kurti agreed to discuss it. She criticizes Kurti for
keeping secret the agreements with Serbia while adding that the government
should come up with a plan for the extension of sovereignty in the north of the
country.
