Kosovo institutions are being criticized for not implementing the decision of the Constitutional Court on the land of the Deçan Monastery. These criticisms were made by the Head of the EU Office in Kosovo, Thomas Szunyog. Szunyog through a twitter post said that Kosovo can move forward only by supporting the rule of law as a basic democratic principle. Meanwhile, the institutions of Kosovo on Tuesday again sent a letter to the executive president of "Europa Nostra" regarding the inclusion of the Monastery of Deçan "in the list of most endangered monuments in Europe. This time the letter was sent by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Donika Gërvalla Schwarz and the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Hajrullah Çeku. The letter states that the decision of "Europa Nostra" is unfair and politically influenced.
