Deputy Minister of Defense, Shemsi Syla says that the funds that are being collected in the Security Fund will be intended for the key needs of the Kosovo Security Force, while emphasizing that our force needs additional equipment, weapons and capacity building. Syla does not show any approximate figures for the fundraising in this fund but adds that their investment will be analyzed by military experts. In addition, in an interview with KosovaPress, Syla talks about the security situation in the north of the country and the state's efforts for NATO membership. The Deputy Minister of Defense said that the biggest contribution to the Security Fund is coming from the emigrants who, according to him, have businesses and are expressing great interest in this fund.
