Acting Minister of Internal Affairs, Xhelal Sveçla, stated in a Facebook post that the source of the fake bomb threat has been identified, and according to him, the investigation leads to Serbia
Sveçla said the threat was traced to Serbia and originated from a number registered with the MTS telecommunications company while the phone number belongs to Serbian citizen Lazar Zivkovic, and in some profiles related to this number, a photo of the war criminal, Ratko Mladic, was found."Kosovo’s institutions are treating the case with the highest priority and will seek international cooperation to ensure the arrest and prosecution of those behind the threat as soon as possible. The perpetrators and threat makers hiding in Serbia, despite support from the Serbian state, will not escape accountability," Sveçla wrote.
