Suspicions of vote rigging also in Gjilan, questioning of suspects begins
Investigations into vote manipulation in the December 28 elections of last year have also begun in the Gjilan region.
The Chief Prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution in Gjilan, Arben Kadriu, informed the media that the justice authorities are acting within the scope of the investigations and that concrete investigative measures have already been undertaken, including the questioning of individuals suspected in this matter.
Currently, several people are being interviewed at the Regional Directorate of the Kosovo Police in Gjilan under suspicion of manipulating election results, KosovaPress reports.
There have also been investigations into vote manipulation in Prizren, Malisheva, Mitrovica and Podujeva.
