The Security and Emergency Directorate will isolate the area around the capital building in the "Arbëria" neighborhood in Prishtina. This will be done to prevent any possible disaster because strong winds from 20 to 80 km/h have been warned, which will also bring material damage.

The municipality has quoted the announcement of the forecasters where "According to the meteorological forecasts for tomorrow and Sunday, February 11, 2024, it is forecasted that there will be rain, which at certain moments will be in the form of downpours, accompanied by some electrical discharge. The wind will blow from the southeast, which from time to time is expected to be quite strong, with a speed of 20-80 km/h! It is forecasted that there will be material damage in certain areas", while he asked the citizens to be careful when driving through parks and parking cars near trees, as there is a risk of falling branches.

"In any case of danger, please report to the Emergency Center of the Capital at the following numbers: 0800 112 33 or 0800 112 44," the municipality's announcement states.
