Bad weather and strong winds from 20 to 80 km per hour have been warned for today in Pristina, but so far fortunately no one has been injured. Security and emergency teams, as well as firefighters from midnight, are ready to deal with any situation.

The director of the Directorate for Security and Emergency in the Municipality of Prishtina, Lulzim Fushtica, announced that as a result of the strong winds that blew today in the capital, 12 cases of minor material damage were registered.

He added that in most cases there were parts of sheet metal and roofs that were detached from the buildings as a result of strong winds.

In order to avoid any danger for the citizens, the municipality building in "Arbëri" was once again isolated. The Municipality of Prishtina has called on citizens to report any danger to the Emergency Center of the Capital on the phone numbers 0800 112 33 or 0800 112 44.
