Kosovo and Albania should create a special program plan for the Albanians of the Presevo Valley, says the chairman of the Albanian National Council, Enkel Rexhepi. He emphasizes that the Albanians in Presevo, Medvedja and Bujanovac are being discriminated against by the Serbian state, which, as he says, its policies date back to the time of Slobodan Milosevic.
The chairman of the Albanian National Council, in an interview for KosovaPress, says that the issue of the Presevo Valley should be a priority for Kosovo and Albania.

Rexhepi: Kosovo and Albania should create a program plan for the Albanians of the Presevo Valley

“The Government of Kosovo and the Government of Albania should create a special program plan for the Albanians of the Presevo Valley, they should sit together and discuss these issues and we will be stronger in the political aspect. Therefore, I think that Albania should join Kosovo in the the budget and be interested in developing education, culture, businesses because we have many obstacles in the business issue where the Albanians of Presevo are forced to go to Albania or Kosovo with their factories or mini-factories because they cannot market their products,” says Rexhepi.
