The Secretary General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, said that he spoke with Prime Minister Albin Kurti regarding the recent tensions in the north of Kosovo, after the decision of the Government of Kosovo for reciprocity for identity cards and license plates. In a post on Twitter, he said that all parties should keep calm and avoid unilateral actions. "I talked with Albin Kurti about the recent tensions in Kosovo and the continued importance of the KFOR mission. All parties should maintain calm, avoid unilateral actions and support the dialogue mediated by the EU. I remain in close contact with Pristina and Belgrade", wrote the Secretary General of NATO.
