The professor of political sciences, Nexhmedin Spahiu, says that now is the decisive moment when Kosovo must negotiate with Serbia on the issue of recognition, otherwise, the price for recognition in the future will be much higher than now.

According to him, the war in Ukraine and the positioning of Serbia towards this war, has made the West strongly help Kosovo right now, therefore, as he says, "big bargains" should be made right now.
