Now that there are ten days left for holding the extraordinary elections for mayors of the northern municipalities of the country, the Serbs of that part say that there are no conditions for holding these elections and that they will not go to the polls.

There are few citizens who agree to speak publicly about this issue and seem reluctant to express themselves freely, but behind the camera of KosovaPress and without mentioning names, they let it be known that they are afraid of certain groups in the north of the country to go to the elections.
