Yesterday's decision of the Hoti Government, to remove the reciprocity measures, is expected to return Kosovo and Serbia to the negotiating table, after two years.

Although intensification of negotiations is being sought, and September of this year has been mentioned as the optimal time for reaching a final agreement, such a thing is being seen as difficult to be achieved.
