The Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, spoke today once again regarding his statement given days ago that Serbia is training groups for any possible attack in Kosovo.

Speaker Glauk Konjufca said that he did not do this to scare the citizens of Kosovo, but to tell the international community about Serbian activities.

According to Glauk Konjufce, Kosovo is very safe.

Speaker Glauk Konjufca, while speaking about the international community, stated that even the latter know that Serbia has territorial claims against Kosovo.

But, he added that Kosovo has never been ready to respond to any security challenge.

That there are groups that aim to destabilize Kosovo, Konjufca has said that they exist and that they are sheltered in Serbia, but as for the situation inside Kosovo, everything is under control.

Speaker Glauk Konjufca also commented on the statement of Assistant Secretary, James O'Brien, who said that Kosovo has the right to defend its territory like any other country, saying that this is what they have always tried to explain.

Otherwise, the Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Glauk Konjufca, stated a few days ago that Serbia should be seen as a danger not only in Kosovo but for the entire stability and peace in the Western Balkans.

The US Embassy in Pristina has shared a statement of the Assistant Secretary, James O'Brien, who spoke about the support of the USA to Kosovo.
