Former member of the Kosovo Liberation Army, Salih Mustafa, against whom the trial has started today in the Specialist Chambers in The Hague, has pleaded not guilty. The judge asked him to confirm his statement given on October 28, 2020 about his guilt or innocence. While the Special Prosecutor's Office has read the charges against Mustafa but not the indictment in its entirety.
