As of today, roaming for the citizens of the Western Balkans, including Kosovo is removed. The EU Ambassadors to Kosovo and Montenegro, Tomash Szunyog and Oana Kristina Popa, marked today the beginning of the era without roaming tariffs in the Western Balkans. In a telephone conversation, the two ambassadors spoke about the importance of this achievement for the citizens of the Western Balkans, as a result of the EU contribution. In this way, the ambassadors launched a one-month EU campaign in Kosovo called "#EUconnects 4 #FutureIsDigital". The campaign will present the benefits of the EU 9 billion investment package for the Western Balkans for post-pandemic recovery through the Economic and Investment Plan. The digital agenda is the focal point of the campaign.
