Former member of the General Headquarters of the Kosovo Liberation Army, (KLA), Rexhep Selimi has appeared before the Specialized Chambers in The Hague. This is his first appearance since being indicted for alleged war crimes. This is the first hearing in which he will have the opportunity to plead not guilty or guilty.
