Former Minister of European Integration, Blerim Reka said that “Balkan Mini-Schengen” was buried in Skopje, but inaugurated the trilateral. Thus, he added that this was the facade of the great Yugoslavia. According to him, this is the fourth failure of the "regional" hegemony of Belgrade within a century, reports KosovaPress.
