The Minister of Labor and Social Welfare, Skënder Reçica, in an interview for KosovaPress, says that the reason he did not vote for the Medium Term Expenditure Framework 2021-2023, is the non-inclusion of the MLSW Legal Initiatives in this document.

Pension Reform, the Law on Maternity Leave and the Labor Law are just some of the issues addressed by the MLSW, which are not included in the MTEF.
