The Minister for Communities and Return, Nenad Rashic, said that the agreement agreed in principle between Kosovo and Serbia on February 27 in Brussels is good.

However, he said that the same must be signed and based on these circumstances, the participation or not of the Serbian List in the elections in the north in April can be determined.
