Even though it is the fourth edition of the Rame Lahaj International Opera Festival, a concert hall has not yet been created for the same.

And for this, the organizer of the festival and the main tenor, Rame Lahaj, has asked the Government, the Municipality of Pristina and private enterprises to create this hall that will display Albanian cultural values.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Donika Gërvalla, said that the cultural life in Kosovo is the most active and richest in our region.

She added that there is a lot of room for increased investment, not only material, in order for art, culture and artists to represent Kosovo in the best possible way.

Meanwhile, the deputy mayor of the municipality of Pristina, Jehona Lushaku-Sadriu, has added that this festival is internationalizing its culture and promoting our values of classical music.

Meanwhile, Rame Lahaj has expressed that the pressure from them on the Government and the Municipality of Pristina will not stop the construction of a concert hall, where opera, ballet, folk ensembles and the philharmonic will gather.

According to him, the right way for this pressure is by bringing the artists to the square and bringing out the truth that there is a need for a concert hall.

Tomorrow, at 20:30, the Evening Gala 'Rame Lahaj & Friends' will be held in Skanderbeg Square in Prishtina, where the conductor will be Sascha Goetzel, tenor Murat Karahan, Charles Castronovo and as the main closing act of this night, tenor Rame Lahaj.
