The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, who is on an official visit to Kosovo, has shared his speech in the Albanian Parliament after the publication of the proposal indictment against President Hashim Thaçi and PDK Chairman Kadri Veseli for alleged crimes during the war.
