The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, speaking about the integration and the delay in the opening of negotiations for Albania and Northern Macedonia, said that they will no longer prepare for such an event, which he called a 'wedding'. Rama said that they have a clear path on which they are going and according to him they will build Europe within the Balkans and when the European Union is ready to accept them, they will be ready. At the "Open Balkan" summit, Rama said that the European Union did not make them Europeans. Rama told Northern Macedonia that it was time to end the stress of opening negotiations.
