The top five most transparent and accountable municipalities for 2020 are Rahovec, Lipjan, Drenas, Gjakova and South Mitrovica. Although, Lipjan and Drenas occupy the same place in terms of meeting transparency indicators.

The report "Municipal Transparometer 2020 & Transparency of municipalities in retrospect" published today by the Kosovo Democratic Institute (KDI), reveals the findings of the level of transparency of local institutions in 38 municipalities of Kosovo, based on 48 evaluation indicators selected in accordance with legal obligations and administrative instructions that regulate the work and functioning of local government institutions.
