The Ombudsperson considers that the protection of rights at work remains a concern, and according to him, such cases constitute 12% of the number of complaints that have been submitted to this institution during this year. The Ombudsperson, Naim Qelaj, says that citizens in Kosovo continue to face delays in court proceedings. This institution announced that during this year it has received 1,536 complaints, cases in which are involved 2,387 persons who claim that their rights have been violated.
