Prizren-Tetova tunnel; the draft law that foresees the division of costs between the parties is approved
The Government of Kosovo has approved the Draft Law on the Administrative Court. In today's meeting, the executive also approved the Draft Law for the ratification of the co-financing agreement for the design of the construction of the tunnel on the Tetova-Prizren road. Meanwhile, it gave a confiscated apartment for use to the family of the 11-year-old who was the victim of rape two years ago. In addition to these, the government also gave the green light to initiatives to reach three international agreements with Montenegro, regarding mutual legal assistance in criminal cases. The government also took a final decision on the expropriation of properties for the Kijeva-Dollc road, where it was said that the works there will start very soon.
The Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu, said that through the establishment of the Administrative Court, all administrative issues will be resolved more easily.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, Librun Aliu, said that they will provide the means in the appropriate proportional amount for the construction of the tunnel on the Prizren-Tetova road.
On the other hand, Prime Minister Kurti said that by giving a confiscated apartment for use to the family of an 11-year-old girl who was a victim of trafficking and rape, they prove the government's commitment to supporting victims.
The government also allocated 500 thousand euros for the social housing project. /KosovaPress/
