The inability to monitor the implementation of measures in the animal and car markets, becomes a reason for the government not to open these markets.

At today's plenary session, the Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, said that now when we are on the verge of a second wave, we should be more careful in making decisions on easing restrictive measures.
