Rising prices of electricity and other basic products have made life difficult for citizens, for whom the state has not yet done enough to protect them. This is what Dardan Abazi, a senior researcher at the Institute for Development Policy (INDEP), said at the roundtable discussion "Raising market prices and consumer protection". Abazi even stressed that consumer complaints are numerous for price increases without warning by traders, as he said in some cases there are suspicions about these increases, that there is a cartel agreement.
