President Osmani travels to Montenegro to attend the South East European Democracy Summit
The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, traveled to Montenegro to participate in the Summit of Democracy of Southeast Europe on the topic: "War in Europe: Influence in the Balkans", organized by the International Republican Institute from the USA.
In this conference, Osmani will be among the keynote speakers. I her speech she will talk about the latest developments in the Balkan region in terms of security, as well as the implications of the war in Ukraine for the Western Balkans, it is announced in a press release.
Besides President Osmani, the conference will be attended by: the Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dritan Abazovic, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for European Affairs of Montenegro, Jovana Marovic, the Deputy Prime Minister of Northern Macedonia, Bojan Marichikj, the US Envoy for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, the UK Ambassador to the Western Balkans, Stuart Peach, the EU Chargé d'Affaires for the Kosovo-Serbia Dialogue, Miroslav Lajçakk, as well as ambassadors, ministers and deputy ministers from the region and representatives of international organizations.
