The President of Albania, Bajram Begaj, has started the meeting with the chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Memli Krasniqi. In the meeting that is being held in the Assembly of Kosovo, Krasniqi is accompanied by the vice president of the party Vlora Çitaku and the PDK MPs. Also today, the president of Albania is expected to meet the chairman of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo. Begaj will also have a meeting with representatives of non-minority parties and with the commander of KFOR. Begaj's visit to Kosovo started yesterday, where he was received with state honors by the country's president Vjosa Osmani, Prime Minister Albin Kurtin and Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca. During his stay on the first day in Pristina, the President of Albania stated that both countries share the same aspirations towards the European path. He said that Albania supports Kosovo towards the European Union and NATO, while he emphasized that he will be the voice of Kosovo where he is given the opportunity.
