The country continues to face power outages on Thursday, 6 hours with power and 2 without it. This was confirmed for KosovaPress by the KEDS spokesperson, Viktor Buzhala, who said that the outages were based on KOSTT's instructions. However, the spokesperson Buzhala said that during the day the electricity supply is expected to improve. "Currently there are power outages, while the improvement of the electricity supply is expected this afternoon", he said. Buzhala says that the government has not yet disbursed the funds to KESCO. KOSTT has announced yesterday afternoon to the citizens of the country that according to the operational measures and procedures for balancing the Electricity System of Kosovo in the conditions of supply insufficiency provided by the Grid Code, the instructions for limiting the supply remain in force until the stabilization of the situation that will to mean the provision of electricity necessary to cover consumption by the responsible operators in the market: the Public Supplier (KESCO) and the Distribution System Operator (KEDS).
