The energy crisis in the country is leaving citizens and businesses without electricity for hours. The situation is serious in the Municipality of Hani i Elezit, where citizens complain that the power outages are lasting for days, while the mayor of this municipality, Mehmet Ballazhi says that businesses are also being damaged.
