It is the highest political and legal act of the state, before the heads of institutions take responsibility, they take the oath on the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo. But they are the same ones who, not infrequently, do not respect it during their legislative and executive mandates. Today marks 13 years since the adoption of the Constitution of Kosovo and since its adoption, politicians remain its most frequent violators.

The Constitution of Kosovo was adopted on April 9, 2008, and entered into force on June 15 of that year.
