Police in Pristina have given explanations regarding the arrest of the taxi driver who was detained around 01:00h today. The spokesperson of the Police for the Region of Prishtina, Flora Ahmeti, told KosovaPress that the detainee was fined for disobeying the orders of the Law on Public Order and Peace
