Kosovo Police today, after receiving information on suspicions that there are weapons in a location, police units have taken immediate action and have conducted a search in a neighborhood near the Ibar River, namely at "Shkembi i Dudas" in the city of North Mitrovica.

Deputy Director of the Police for the North, Veton Elshani, told KosovaPress that during the search carried out in that area in a chicken coop, the police found and confiscated: A rifle - AK-47, Two magazines of the same weapon with (thirty) 30 rounds each, four hundred and seventy-three (473) pistol rounds, forty rounds of hunting weapons, one hundred and twenty-two rounds of various calibers of long weapons, one tactical knife, one set of weapon cleaning equipment and one black bag.
