Kosovo Police has reacted regarding the allegations that " the Russian declared non-grata is in Pristina". The Police have clarified that these reports are untrue and that Alexey Krivosheev and Denis Vengerskii on 23.10.2021 (at 14:46 and 14:50), through the border crossing in Merdare have left the territory of the Republic of Kosovo. The police emphasized that since October 23, the two above-mentioned have not entered Kosovo. while the person who appeared in the photos published by the media say that V.L is a person known to the security institutions in Kosovo, as an employee in the Russian office in Kosovo.
