The MP of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Eliza Hoxha, considers hasty the issuance of long-term licenses to the company "Kelkos Energy" for the two hydropower plants, "Deçani" and "Belaja".

Opposition MP during today's interpellation, where the Minister of Economy and Environment, Blerim Kuçi reported on these licenses, said that while they were investigating this process, these licenses should not have been issued for "Kelkos".
