PDK initiates the addition-amendment of the Law on Property Tax

The Democratic Party of Kosovo has initiated in the Assembly of Kosovo the amendment and completion of the Law on Tax on Immovable Property.

This is what Arben Mustafa, coordinator of the Department of Finance in the Cabinet for Good Governance, announced in a press conference, who said that through this addition-change, the suspension of the property assessment that was made in 2022 has been proposed.

According to him, this initiative was undertaken after the doubling of property tax bills for the year 2023 for most of Kosovo's citizens.
