The Democratic Party of Kosovo has filed a lawsuit against the members of the Board of ERO, in the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo, for non-implementation of the decision of the Basic Court in Prishtina, to suspend the implementation of the decision on energy prices for citizens of the Republic of Kosovo.

The legal representative of PDK, lawyer Faton Fetahu, said that the board of ERO with this action has committed four different criminal offenses, the basis of which is related to non-enforcement of the court decision...
