The Democratic Party of Kosovo has expressed concern over the non-commitment of institutions to clear the roads from heavy snowfall. As a result, Abelard Tahiri from the PDK said that citizens are being prevented from exercising their right to vote. "Today, PDK has received reactions from citizens who were unable to vote as a result of weather conditions. Snow has made traffic difficult throughout Kosovo. We express our concern about the government's lack of commitment to removing snow throughout the country, especially in rural areas ... Also, our second concern is that many citizens affected by COVID are not able to exercise their democratic right." he said. Despite this, Tahiri called on citizens to go to the polls en masse.
