The head of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Abelard Tahiri said that the majority has not managed to implement even 20 percent of what was presented at the beginning of the year. While he said that his party has not changed its position regarding Kosovo's participation in the "Open Balkan" summit.

At a press conference held after the Presidency meeting, Tahiri said they expected about 60 per cent of the legislative agenda to be implemented...
